 This colorful 50's cottage is perfect for two adults (3 if one is a child). It has been recently updated (2022) with an open floor plan (back to the original floor plan).   It has a queen bed with vintage frame.   The LR area has a love seat, push-back chair and TV.  It has a small bath with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi and window AC  The large yard features flower gardens, umbrella furniture, grill, lounge furniture and portable fire pit. It is surrounded by vilosa lilac bushes. A perfect place to launch your self guided vacation one block from Rainy River public dock and two blocks from Rainy Lake.  Plenty of room to trailer a boat to several area boat ramps.  Will post new photos soon.  

Love seat in open living room area next to the kitchen. I waited several years to get my clamps on the red lamp which fit perfectly into the decor.

Very pretty sloping yard with lounge chairs, umbrella furniture, gas grill (free gas!) It is surrounded by vilosa lilac bushes for privacy. Also has a small portable fire pit. When I purchased this property in 1996, it had one lonely tree in a desolate yard. It now has taken on a personality of the 50's with it's color pallet of aqua, red, and yellow.
